Menu
For lunch, Carthay Circle Restaurant offers a variety of delectable dishes, including fire cracker duck wings, grilled Angus flank steak Cobb salad and sautéed northern halibut. The dinner menu includes halibut ceviche, strawberry-lemon roasted organic chicken salad, grilled Jamaican jerked king fish and Colorado rack of lamb. Kids can enjoy chicken schnitzel, mini tacos, green apple caramel parfait and sloppy joes with a twist.
The dessert highlights are toasted lemon pound cake, fried banana split Monte Cristo sundae and the decadent white-chocolate mousse named Peaches in All of Their Glory.
World of Color Dining Packages
When you purchase an entrée and either an appetizer or a dessert, you are eligible to receive a ticket granting you access to a Reserved Center Stage Viewing Area for the World of Color nighttime water spectacular.
Guests dining before 7:00 p.m. receive access to the first World of Color show of the night. Guests dining between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. receive access to the second World of Color show of the night.
Atmosphere
Carthay Circle Restaurant is located on the second floor of the iconic reproduction of the Carthay Circle Theatre. The original Carthay Circle Theatre played a very significant role in the life of Walt Disney; it was the location where his first feature-length film, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, premiered in 1937. The décor of Carthay Circle Restaurant reflects the romance and refinement of Hollywood's Golden Age, including references to the accomplishments of Walt Disney and his original animators.
Seating is available in the main dining room, 2 open-air terraces and the Premiere Room, a private dining room that can accommodate parties of up to 12 people.
Lounge
The first floor of the Carthay Circle Theatre features the Carthay Circle Lounge, which serves appetizers, tapas and desserts, plus craft beer, California wines, seltzer sodas and specialty cocktails. Each cocktail is given exceptional attention to detail — including unique glassware and drink-specific ice.
