Created by one of the hottest chefs in the country, Chef Aaron Sanchez's menu features a fresh twist on some House of Blues staples like jambalaya, slow-smoked pulled pork, signature burgers, classic salads and premium-cut steaks.

Chef Aaron has also created tantalizing new offerings using ingredients from all over the world, as well as such signature dishes as shrimp and grits, short rib meatball sliders and fire grilled flatbreads—all destined to become your favorites.

Gospel Brunch

Raise your spirits every Sunday at the inspiring, electrical and delicious Gospel Brunch! Sensational gospel choirs take to the stage while you dig into an amazing breakfast buffet, featuring such southern favorites as roasted chicken with housemade BBQ sauce, jambalaya, candied yams, and of course, biscuits and gravy. Plus, you can also enjoy traditional fare like pastries, fruits, eggs, bacon and sausage, including made-to-order omelets and waffles!

Southern Arts and Legends

House of Blues Anaheim is home to a collection of famous antique quilts of Gees Bend, Alabama. These art pieces are so treasured, they have even appeared on United States postage stamps. In tribute, the Main Stage curtain is called the "Crazy Quilt," and a metal box of real Mississippi Delta mud is buried underneath the stage.
