Bold and unforgettable cruise-ine awaits at this tiki bar inspired by the world-famous Jungle Cruise. Trader Sam's - named for the "head" salesman of the Amazon — features some of the exotic wares he has collected over the years. But beware...he's always looking for a good trade.

Guests can voyage beyond mere bar food with panko-crusted Chinese long beans with sriracha mayonnaise, sweet 'n spicy Asian wings and Ahi Poke — a wasabi-yuzu-marinated ahi tuna served with avocado, green onion and crispy wontons.

Concoctions from beyond the South Seas!

For Guests over the age of 21, Trader Sam's serves beer, wine and a boatload of inventive cocktails in kitschy, tiki-inspired glassware. Bar creations include:

• Krakatoa Punch - This powerful punch that erupts with flavor was discovered when Trader Sam stubbed his toe trying to escape a volcano. Light and dark rums, orange curacao, orgeat syrup, organic agave nectar, and fresh lime juice.
• HippopotoMai Tai - Dare to enter this hippo pool with — Bang! Bang! — 2 shots of rum! But beware, you might begin to wiggle your ears! Reserve aged rum and light rum, tropical juices, orgeat (almond) syrup, and hibiscus grenadine.
• Schweitzer Falls - The amazing . . . the colossal . . . the stupendous . . . the eighth wonder of the world . . . Dr. Albert Falls' favorite (over the rocks!) Tropical Juices and Sam's Gorilla Grog topped with Sprite.
