New Attractions and Entertainment

2 brand new lands are coming to Disney California Adventure Park on June 15! At Cars Land, the town of Radiator Springs starts up its engines with all-new attractions, shopping and dining — plus Lightning McQueen, Tow Mater, Sally, Luigi and the rest of the gang from Cars. When you arrive at Buena Vista Street, you'll step into the carefree Southern California that welcomed Walt Disney in the 1920s.

Cars Land

Cars Land is 12-acres of high-octane fun for the whole family! Rev it up with brand-new attractions, including Radiator Springs Racers, Luigi's Flying Tires and Mater's Junkyard Jamboree. Refill your stomach with delicious food at Flo's V8 Café, Cozy Cone Motel and Fillmore's Taste-in. Cruise over to stores like Ramone's House of Body Art and Radiator Springs Curios for specialty Cars Land merchandise.

Buena Vista Street

The adventure starts the moment that you enter the park through the new Streamline Moderne gates and set foot on Buena Vista Street. Stroll past charming interpretations of 1920s Los Angeles buildings — complete with Art Deco storefronts, Spanish-tile roofs, wrought-iron balconies, sparkling fountains and shade trees. Ride the Red Car Trolley past shops, restaurants and an iconic reproduction of Carthay Circle Theatre, where Walt Disney's first animated feature, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, premiered in 1937.

If you want to be among the first to experience Carthay Circle Restaurant — located inside Carthay Circle Theatre — when it opens on June 15, we are currently taking reservations. Hollywood Pictures Backlot

Hollywood Pictures Backlot shoots for the stars with the glitz and glamour of Hollywood. Check in at The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror for the elevator ride of your life. You'll scream for joy as Monsters, Inc. Mike & Sulley to the Rescue! takes you on a tour of Monstropolis. Join Kermit and friends for Muppet*Vision 3D or surf over to Turtle Talk with Crush for an interactive chat with the righteous turtle from Finding Nemo.

Paradise Pier

Seaside breezes and thrills await you at Paradise Pier. Take an "Under the Sea" voyage on The Little Mermaid ~ Ariel's Undersea Adventure. Tear through the air on California Screamin' rollercoaster or take off in to the wilder blue yonder at Goofy's Sky School. Step right up to play Toy Story Mania! — it's both a ride and rootin' tootin' shootin' challenge. Dine in a lush, open-air, garden-like setting at Paradise Garden Grill and Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta. After night falls, Paradise Bay springs to life with music, water, light, fire and color at the spectacular World of Color.

Golden State

Discover the spirit of adventure amid the natural wonderland of Golden State! Take in awe-inspiring landscapes on Soarin' Over California, splash over white-water rapids on the Grizzly River Run or relax with a fine glass of wine and a laid-back meal at the Wine Country Trattoria at the Golden Vine Winery.

"a bug's land"

See the world from a bug's perspective in "a bug's land". Based on the Disney·Pixar film, A Bug's Life, this playful place is built especially for little ones and is full of insect-sized surprises. Hop on Heimlich's Chew Chew Train or go underground and see what the buzz is all about in the 3D film It's Tough to Be a Bug! Join the fun in this amazing land where bugs live large.
