Drop anchor and take a break on the peaceful waterfront at the Pacific Wharf Café — a charming counter-service restaurant from Boudin Bakery, the famous artisanal bakery in San Francisco. Soak up the sunny day, watch the ducks float by or toss a penny into the sparkling blue Paradise Bay and make a wish.

The Menu

Representing the culinary excellence that is the Bay Area, the Café's specialties include the Salinas turkey sandwich and the Carmel roast beef sandwich. Warm up with a host of hearty soups, including Monterey clam chowder, Bakersfield broccoli and cheese, Santa Rosa corn chowder and Vallejo vegetarian chili  all served in a sourdough bread bowl made from a secret family recipe dating back to 1849.

For those wanting a lighter meal, 3 Golden State salads are also served in the famous sourdough bread bowl.

For the younger generation, the Café offers a Kid's turkey wrap and a Kid's POWER Pack — with string cheese, non-fat yogurt, sliced apples and whole-grain "fish" crackers. Both include a choice of beverage.

History

Boudin Bakery is San Francisco's oldest continuously running company. In 1849, Boudin was a tiny, old-world shop on San Francisco's Dupont Street. Since then, it has evolved to a world-famous bakery renowned for using the finest ingredients available.
