Paradise Pier

Attractions

This bustling pier packs more fun in the sun than you can imagine! For a thrill ride that'll leave you hollering, hop on board California Screamin'. Or join Woody and his friends on Toy Story Mania!, a 4D ride inspired by the Disney·Pixar films, Toy Story and Toy Story 2. Then swing through the air on the Silly Symphony Swings as Mickey's band plays up a storm. Or sail 'round the glimmering face of iconic Mickey on the spin-sational Mickey's Fun Wheel. Don't forget the game's the thing at Paradise Pier's Games of the Boardwalk. Take aim and win prizes of all sizes!

Entertainment

World of Color is the new night-time spectacular in Disney California Adventure Park! Watch as enormous screens of mist come to life with timeless Disney tales, carrying you away to another world of fantasy and imagination. The Lion King, Crush, Belle and plenty of pirates are some of the characters featured in this extravaganza. Flames and vibrant lights entwine with water as more than a thousand choreographed fountains dance and soar to unforgettable Disney music. With each scene, find yourself drawn deeper into a new dimension of Disney storytelling magic!

Dining

The Pier offers an assortment of delicious dining venues. For a more magical meal, take the family to "Ariel's Disney Princess Celebration" at Ariel's Grotto, where Disney princesses grace your table with their royal presence. Grownups might venture upstairs to The Cove Bar for lobster nachos and other appetizers with an imaginative drink menu. And when you're on the go, you can always drop by Don Tomas and grab a chimichanga or turkey leg.

Shopping

Find the perfect memento of your adventure in Paradise at souvenir shops such as Man Hat 'n' Beach and Point Mugu Tattoo. Cool hats, caps and visors, as well as thirsty beach towels — these and more are sure to please. And pick up some sweet treats in Treasures in Paradise, along with Disney apparel for grownups and kids alike.

Boardwalks and Beyond

At Paradise Pier, Disney characters bring to life the classic amusement parks of the 1920s. But looks can be deceiving. This lovely land is both a tribute to old-time boardwalks and a showcase for modern works of technological wonder. What looks like a mighty wooden roller coaster is actually a state-of-the-art steel superstructure, and the games are powered by Imagineering magic. Keep an eye out as big things are planned for this part of the Park!
