Lost and Found
The Disneyland Resort has a single Lost and Found location for missing personal items. The location serves Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure Park and the Downtown Disney District.
Location
The Lost and Found for the entire Disneyland Resort is located in the Guest Services Building, which is outside and to the left of the Main Entrance to Disneyland Park.
Lost Children
If you are missing a member of your party, please contact a Disney Cast Member or visit the nearest Baby Center and Lost Children facility.
Guests can call Lost and Found at (714) 817-2166 between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. daily.
