Disability Parking

Parking for Guests with disabilities is available throughout the Disneyland Resort, including the Mickey and Friends parking structure and the Toy Story parking area off of Harbor Boulevard. A valid disability parking permit is required.

Guests should follow directional signage or inquire at the toll plazas for parking options. Standard parking rates apply at all parking lots. Transportation is provided from the Mickey and Friends parking structure and the Toy Story parking area to the Main Entry Plaza. Please note: oversized wheelchairs, Electric Convenience Vehicles and scooters may be too large for some of our transportation.

Oversized Vehicles

When visiting the theme parks, oversized vehicles should use the main entrance to the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure, located south of the Disneyland Drive and Ball Road intersection.

Oversized vehicles include:

  • dually trucks
  • motor homes
  • passenger vehicles with trailers
  • tractor-trailers
  • buses

The height limit of the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure is 13'10".

Downtown Disney District Parking

Parking is free for the first 3 hours in the Downtown Disney District parking lot. An additional 2 free hours can be added with validation at AMC Theatres or at select table-service dining restaurants. Each additional hour costs $6, charged in 20-minute increments. The maximum parking fee is $30.00.

Valet parking is available from 5:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. for $6. The valet price is in addition to any parking fee, bringing the maximum fee with valet up to $36.

Guests with disabilities are eligible to park in the first row in the Downtown Disney District North Lot near the Rainforest Café and in the first aisle in the Simba Lot, near Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel.

Hotel Parking

For an additional fee, Disneyland Resort Hotels offer self-park and valet service for registered hotel Guests. Follow the "Hotels" signs directly to your destination; do not park in the theme park lot.

Interested in breakfast, lunch or dinner at a Disneyland Resort Hotel restaurant, including multiple Character Dining options? Select hotel restaurants, such as Napa Rose, offer parking validation for up to 5 hours at the hotel.

Guest Drop-Off and Pick-Up Areas

You'll find a "Guest Drop-Off and Pick-Up Only Area" on the west side of Harbor Boulevard, located south of Manchester Avenue and north of Disney Way, for picking up or dropping off Guests at the theme parks or those who wish to purchase tickets for a future visit.

If you're visiting the Downtown Disney District, you can use the Guest Drop-Off and Pick-Up Area near the Rainforest Café, on the south side of the North Self-Park Lot, accessible from Magic Way and Disneyland Drive.

There is a 15-minute limit to parking in either of these drop-off areas.

Parking availability and prices subject to change.

Wheelchair and ECV Accessibility on Disneyland Resort Transportation

Many Disneyland Resort transportation systems are accessible to Guests with disabilities. All bus and tram routes are serviced by vehicles that can accommodate various types of wheelchairs and Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECVs). A van equipped with a wheelchair lift is available to transport Guests between the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure and the Downtown Disney District, which is adjacent to both theme parks. For all Disneyland Resort transportation options, wheelchairs and ECVs must fit without being forced on lifts, ramps and in designated wheelchair spaces. Once in the vehicle, wheelchairs and ECVs must be able to be securely fastened via restraints.
