Culinary Demonstrations at the 2017 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival

Build up your culinary chops during informative demonstrations by local, visiting and Disneyland Resort chefs―and sample the delicious results.

Event Details

Each 30-minute mini cooking lesson provides step-by-step instructions and recipe ideas that focus on a single recipe, ingredient or technique.

We've gathered some of the best chefs around to share their go-to ingredients and insider tips for preparing sensational dishes. You’ll also get an individual sample of the completed culinary creation!

Event Location and Price
Festival Showplace, Stage 17 in Hollywood Land

  • Monday through Thursday - $10.00 per person, plus tax 
  • Friday through Sunday - $15.00 per person, plus tax 

Separate Disney California Adventure theme park admission is required. Space is limited. Subject to restrictions and change or cancellation without notice.

Reservations are required and can be made starting 60 days prior to each individual event’s date.

Space is limited, so we recommend you make reservations in advance. Reservations may be made through the day of an event, however we are unable to guarantee availability. Price does not include tax. Full payment is required at time of booking to secure your reservation.

To make reservations online, use the “Check Availability” module to select the date, time and party size for the event you wish to attend. If reservations are available, you will be taken to the payment page. Reservations can also be made by calling (714) 781-DINE or (714) 781-3463. Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call.

Reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the event to avoid a $10.00 per person cancellation fee.

Important Information

  • Separate Disney California Adventure theme park admission is required and not included in the price of this event. 
  • Check-in begins 30 minutes prior to the event at Stage 17 in Hollywood Land.
  • Event elements and information, including presenters, schedules, pricing and hours are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
