Dine on home-style favorites in a lavish Victorian setting, one of the original landmarks of Disneyland Park.
With its truly dazzling décor, it should come as no surprise that the Plaza Inn, present when the park opened in 1955, was one of Walt’s favorite places to dine.
It’s also many Guests’ favorite place to dine, and when you taste the Plaza Inn Specialty Chicken, you’ll know why. This generous platter features 3 pieces of seasoned chicken fried to a golden brown served with mashed potatoes, a buttermilk biscuit and mixed vegetables. Slow-roasted beef pot roast and penne sauced with your choice of marinara, Bolognese or chicken pesto-Alfredo are our other entrée choices.
The Plaza Inn also offers a Cobb salad, vegetarian house salad and kid-sized portions of chicken or penne for smaller appetites, as well as desserts like apple crostada with crème anglaise and chocolate cake. Be sure to fill your cup with soft drinks from our beautiful antique-style beverage fountain before finding a seat in the grand dining room or outside on our spacious patio, the perfect spot for people- and parade-watching on Main Street, U.S.A.

Steeped in History and Elegance
The Plaza Inn, formerly known as the Red Wagon Inn, has been feeding hungry park Guests since opening day. Back then, a VIP lounge, wet bar and private bathroom accommodated Walt’s special Guests, and smartly jacketed doormen greeted diners at the entrance.
Designer Lillian Disney, Walt’s wife, handpicked many of the restaurant’s authentic 19th-century interior furnishings herself, including its Victorian stained-glass ceiling, marble foyer and ornate gingerbread woodwork, all salvaged from an old home in Los Angeles’ historic St. James Park neighborhood.
Charge up for your adventures at Disneyland Park with a hearty buffet breakfast and memorable visits with Disney pals.
