Book a Hotel Stay Between May 31 and June 23

Guests staying at a Disneyland Resort hotel between May 31 and June 23 will receive a designated reservation to access Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge during their stay.

The 3 Disneyland Resort hotels are:

One reservation per registered Guest. Valid Disneyland Park admission is required. If the hotel reservation is cancelled, the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge reservation will be cancelled.

Visit June 24 or Later

Between May 31 and June 23, reservations are required to visit Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland Park, but starting June 24 no reservations are required.

At this time, there are no remaining general reservations to visit Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge between May 31 and June 23. If you do not have one of these general reservations and are not staying at a Disneyland Resort hotel between May 31 and June 23, you must wait until June 24 to visit Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.

Valid Disneyland Park admission is required. Disneyland Park, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge and its experiences are subject to capacity.

Things to Bring

Upon check-in, please have your entire party together and make sure you have brought the essentials!

  • Valid Disneyland Park Admission (tickets or Annual Passport)
  • Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge reservation confirmation email, including QR code
  • Government-issued photo ID for the Guest who made the reservation plus all Guests age 18 or older (names must match the names of Guests on the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge reservation confirmation)

Important Information

  • The Guest who made the reservation will need a government-issued photo ID, even if that Guest is under age 18, for the reservation party to be admitted to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
  • Government-issued ID includes, without limitation: driver’s license, passport, military ID, government employee ID and permanent resident card.
  • Only Guests listed on your reservation who present proper ID, as applicable, will be allowed into Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
  • The current Disneyland Resort costume policy will be in effect in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. Costumes may not be worn by Guests 14 years or older.

Parking will open at 5:30 AM for Guests who have 8:00 AM Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge reservations and want to check in beginning at 6:00 AM. Please note: No attractions will be open until Disneyland Park opens, although select Food & Beverage locations will be available.

Ride Share
Guests utilizing ride share services should be dropped off at the Downtown Disney parking lot.

Where to Go

  • Check-in is located on the first floor of Star Wars Launch Bay in Tomorrowland at Disneyland Park.
  • Please note: Each Guest who is 3 years of age or older must have valid Disneyland Park admission and a reservation to enter Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.

When to Check in

  • Guests can check in beginning 2 hours prior to their reservation start time. There is no need for Guests with Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge reservations to arrive early, because they have a reservation with a designated time.
  • Please allow enough time to complete check-in prior to your reservation time.
  • If you arrive after your reservation window has begun, you may enjoy the land until the end of your reservation window.
  • If you miss your reservation, you will not be able to reschedule your reservation.

Check-in Process

  • All members of your party must be present when you check in.
  • Your reservation confirmation QR code will be scanned, and your name and the names of your guests on your reservation will be checked against applicable government-issued photo IDs.
  • Your reservation information must match the information on the government-issued photo IDs for each member of your party.
  • Only Guests listed on your reservation who present proper government-issued ID, as applicable, will be allowed into Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
  • If the Guest who made the reservation does not have proper government-issued ID matching the information on the reservation confirmation, your entire party will not be allowed into Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
  • At this time, each eligible member of your party will be issued a wristband. Please leave the wristbands on until your party’s visit to the land has concluded.
  • A Cast Member will inform you which Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge entrance to use when you return at your reservation start time for admission to the land.
  • After checking in, you may enjoy the rest of the park until your reservation start time.
  • Please note: No attractions will be open until Disneyland Park opens, although select Food & Beverage locations will be available.

Using Your Reservation

  • Your reservation includes a time window during which you will be allowed to enter Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
  • At your reservation start time, please return to the Star Wars: Galaxy’s entrance as directed by Cast Members at check-in.
  • If you arrive after your reservation window has begun, you may enjoy the land until the end of your reservation window.
  • So we can accommodate all Guests with reservations, you will not be allowed to stay past your reservation window. If you miss your reservation, you will not be able to reschedule your reservation.
  • Guests under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a Guest who is 14 years of age or older.
  • Please note: your reservation does not ensure entry into any particular location. Experiences will be first-come, first-served and are subject to capacity.

Leaving the Land

  • Your party will be required to leave Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at the end of your reservation time period.
  • If you or anyone in your party decide to leave Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge before your reservation time is over, that Guest will not be allowed to reenter the land.

Reservations and valid Disneyland Park admission required to visit Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge between May 31 and June 23, 2019, and Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge experiences subject to capacity. After June 23, 2019, access to Disneyland Park, Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge and its experiences may be restricted or unavailable depending on Guest demand and other factors.

Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge will not be available during Extra Magic Hour or Magic Morning at Disneyland Park.

Disney FASTPASS service and Disney MaxPass are unavailable for attractions in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.

Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance will not be available at the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge and will open later this year.
