Yes. Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Premier Pass can be used for entry to Lightning Lane attraction queues at both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park in the same day, during regular park hours.
Just be sure your valid park admission includes the Park Hopper benefit.
If you have a 1-park ticket, then your Lightning Lane Multi Pass or Lightning Lane Premier Pass can only be used in the theme park that you visit that day. The price of a Lightning Lane pass does not vary based on the number of theme parks you visit that day; it cannot be discounted or refunded.
