How do I find something I've lost at the Disneyland Resort?

A.

The Disneyland Resort uses Chargerback to help track lost and found items. Please report any lost items online.

Once you’ve reported a lost item, you’ll receive an email notification from Chargerback with your Lost Item report number. Chargerback will provide information from your report to the Disneyland Resort so that we can look for your item and return it to you if it is found. Chargerback will also email you periodic updates about your search status.
