Automated External Defibrillators, or AEDs, are medical devices used to send electric currents to a person’s heart in the event of cardiac arrest. Located throughout the hotel, please refer to the hotel’s Guest guide map for specific AED locations or visit the Guest Services desk to learn more. An AED unit is located in the lobby to the right of the Front Desk.
A 24-hour ATM is located on the first floor across from Sandcastle Cinema.
ChargePoint charging ports are available on the ground floor of the Paradise Pier Hotel Self-Park Parking Structure.
To use a port, you will need to scan a ChargePoint card.

Your Key to the Magic card is your room key, Resort charge card and parking permit. You will receive your card when you check in. To charge purchases back to your room, simply present your Key to the Magic card—along with a photo ID—when buying merchandise, tickets and meals at select locations throughout the theme parks, hotels and Downtown Disney District.

Take advantage of our 24-hour laundry room located on the second floor of the hotel, next to the fitness centre. Please note that credit and debit cards are now the only methods of payment accepted at all laundry locations for washers, dryers and soap vending machines.
Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel uses Chargerback to help track lost and found items. Please report any lost items online.
Once you’ve reported a lost item, you’ll receive an email notification from Chargerback with your Lost Item report number. Chargerback will provide information from your report to the Disneyland Resort so that we can look for your item and return it to you if it is found. Chargerback will also email you periodic updates about your search status.
Located off the main lobby across from Surfside Lounge, Mickey in Paradise offers a treasure trove of California keepsakes, Disney gifts and essential sundries.
Self-parking and valet services for Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel are available to registered hotel Guests for an additional fee. The cost for self-parking is $25 per night, per vehicle; valet service is $35 per night, per vehicle.
Guests visiting select hotel table-service restaurants who are not registered at the hotel will receive 3 hours free parking with validation, or 5 hours free parking with validation from Napa Rose.
Parking is not permitted for Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure Park or the Downtown Disney District. Please note that prices are subject to change without notice.
Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel offers accessibility services for Guests with disabilities. Features include accessible travel paths in the parking lot, lobby, restaurants, meeting spaces and shopping locations, in addition to wheelchair-accessible and hearing-accessible rooms. TTY equipment is available upon request at check-in.
A limited supply of manual wheelchairs is available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis for $10.00 per day. Upon arriving at the hotel, contact the Front Desk or Guest Services to make arrangements for your wheelchair rental; rentals cannot be reserved in advance.
