Valid Disneyland Park admission is required and is not included in the price of this experience.

Children participating must be between 3 and 12 years of age and be accompanied by an adult (18 years of age or older).

A valid, accepted credit card number is required at the time of booking.

This experience may be booked up to 60 days in advance.

All packages and prices are subject to change. Some accessories are sold separately.

Guest must be free of any scalp or skin conditions that may impact or interrupt the Guest experience.

Specific costumes and sizes are not guaranteed. Choices will be based on availability at the time of the makeover.

Fairy Godmother's Apprentices will be able to provide ingredients for all haircare products upon request.

While the boutique remains open until the park closes, the salon's last makeover reservation is at 7:00 PM each day.

Transformations can take between approximately 30 minutes and one hour, depending on the package selected.

Guests may remain in their wheelchair, motorized scooter or ECV throughout the experience.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. A $10 USD cancellation fee will be applied to credit cards for all "no shows," or if a reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
