Disney PhotoPass – Frequently Asked Questions

Q.

How do I view my Disney PhotoPass photos?

A.

Guests who do not have a Disney Signature, Disney Signature Plus or Disney Premier Annual Passport
Sign in to your DisneyPhotoPass.com account and enter the number on your Disney PhotoPass card. There you will be able to see the watermarked images in your gallery. All the photos in your gallery are available to purchase as downloads, as prints, or both.

Please note Disney PhotoPass photos, dining photos and attraction photos in your account will expire pursuant to the Expiration Policy. Subject to restrictions and change without notice.

Guests with a Disney Signature, Disney Signature Plus or Disney Premier Annual Passport
To view your photos, you need 2 things. A Disney account and a Disney PhotoPass ID. The ID can be found on either your qualifying annual passport, listed above, or a Disney PhotoPass card.

If you don’t already have a Disney account, create a Disney account online by briefly filling out the information needed.

Once you have a Disney account, sign in and go to Disney PhotoPass. Choose to add a Disney PhotoPass ID, and then view all the photos linked to that ID in your account.

While in the parks, you can also purchase photo prints without a Disney account, just using your Disney PhotoPass ID. In Disneyland Park, go to Main Street Photo Supply Co. In Disney California Adventure Park, go to Kingswell Camera Shop.

Please note Disney PhotoPass photos, dining photos and attraction photos in your account will expire pursuant to the Expiration Policy. Subject to restrictions and change without notice.
