The virtual queue is being used on the day that I visit Disneyland Park. Can I visit Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge if I don’t use the virtual queue?

A.

No. If you wish to visit Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge when we are using the virtual queue, you will need to join the virtual queue.

After entering Disneyland Park, you can request to join the virtual queue and will be assigned a boarding group, either with the Disneyland app or at select locations within the park.

If we are not utilizing the virtual queue, you may enter the land at any time—subject to capacity.

Please check the Disneyland app and signs around Disneyland Park to see if the virtual queue is being used when you visit.

Admission into Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is subject to capacity. Joining the virtual queue does not guarantee entrance to the land, its attractions or its experiences.
