Annual Passports provide you the ability to visit the Disneyland Resort Theme Parks again and again for a whole year of magic! Enjoy offers & discounts, insider information and invitations to events with your Annual Passport. Register your email with us to receive email updates on offers & discounts, events and news for Annual Passholders. You will also receive a printed newsletter, one per Annual Passholder household, at various times throughout the year, which contain additional offers, discounts and insider information.

If you have previously purchased the parking benefit for your Annual Passport, it is not valid on Blockout Days. If you paid for parking in any Disneyland Resort pay-on-entry parking lot on the same day that you are upgrading to a Premium Annual Passport or Disney Premier Passport, present your paid parking ticket while upgrading and you will be reimbursed for the parking cost.

Each Passport type has a different number of Blockout Days, which are days that an Annual Passport is not valid for admission to either Disneyland Resort theme park. Discounts and benefits also vary by Passport type. To find out which Passport is right for you, click on the Annual Passport homepage to learn more about each. Purchasing online is easy: simply Select the Pass that's right for you and be on your way to a year of magic!

Purchasing online also saves you time. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that includes a Disney's eTicket that you print at home. With this ticket, you can go directly to the Main Entrance turnstiles.

Please note, though, at some point during your first visit, you will need to visit the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth to collect your actual Annual Passport card.

After you pick up your new card, you will need to add a current photo of you to it. Any Disney PhotoPass Cast Member can take your picture and make sure it follows the photo guidelines.

You may also purchase an Annual Passport at the Resort by visiting any Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth.

Yes. You may upgrade your Passport type at any time during your Annual Passport year—subject to Passport availability. The expiration date of your current Annual Passport will not change and your upgraded Passport will have the same expiration date as your original Passport.

If you paid for parking in any Disneyland Resort pay-on-entry parking lot on the same day that you are upgrading to a Premium Annual Passport or Disney Premier Passport, present your paid parking ticket while upgrading and you will be reimbursed for the parking cost.

Upgrades are not available online. Visit the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth for complete details and upgrade options.

If you choose to upgrade your Passport, you must choose a Passport of greater value than your original Passport, and the difference in prices is due on the day of the upgrade. Downgrades are not allowed.

If you live in California Zip Codes 90000-96199, you can use the Monthly Payments option to spread the cost of your new Annual Passport over 12 months. Monthly Payments option requires a one-time down payment on date of Passport purchase.

You can renew your Pass up to 40 days before expiration. If you are a California resident and your current Annual Passport is within 40 days before expiration, renew your Annual Passport in full or begin the renewal process online with the Monthly Payments option.

When purchasing a new Annual Passport your down payment is due at the time of purchase, and your first monthly payment will be deducted from your account within about 24 hours of purchase. Your payments are due on or about the monthly anniversary of your contract, and will be automatically charged to the credit or debit card you used to purchase your Annual Passport.

Currently there are no finance fees with the Monthly Payments option. Additional fees may be incurred as a penalty for late payments.

Yes, you may pay off your amount due in its entirety at any time without penalty.

No, at this time, you will pay the same amount up front that you would on a monthly basis over a 12-month period (assuming that all payments are made on time).

No, only credit / debit card purchases are accepted for the monthly payments of Annual Passports.

Yes, you can change the credit/debit card on file by contacting Annual Passport Monthly Payments Guest Services at (800) 410-4656 Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

Upgrades must be paid in full at the time of the upgrade transaction and cannot be added to a Monthly Payments contract. Monthly Payments will continue to be processed for the signed contract amount and current Passport expiration date will not change.

Unfortunately, no. The Monthly Payments option is currently only available to residents of ZIP codes 90000-96199.

If you live in California (ZIP codes 90000 through 96199) and your current Annual Passport is within 40 days of expiration, you can renew online and choose to spread the cost of your Annual Passport across 12 months by selecting the Monthly Payments option.

If your Passport has expired and you are an eligible California resident, you can use the Monthly Payments option to purchase a new Annual Passport.

If your current Annual Passport is within 40 days of expiration, you may also renew it in person at the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth.

Unfortunately, photos cannot be uploaded to Disneyland.com. A Disney's PhotoPass photographer — located throughout both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park — will be happy to take your Annual Passport photo when you visit either park.

If your Annual Passport includes the parking benefit, it is valid at the available pay-on-entry parking lots. Learn more about parking at the Disneyland Resort.

The parking benefit is currently not available for purchase as an add-on to a Southern California Select, Southern California or Deluxe Annual Passport. However, if your Passport does not include the parking benefit and you would like to have this benefit, please visit a Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth to upgrade to a Premium Annual Passport or Disney Premier Passport. Upgrades are not available online.

Please note: If your current Annual Passport already includes the parking benefit, you may renew your parking benefit for an additional cost when the time comes to renew your Passport, so long as you renew your Passport on time. If you do not renew the parking benefit or do not renew your Passport on time, you will be unable to purchase the benefit at a later time as an add-on to your Passport.

The parking benefit is valid for parking for one (1) vehicle only at available pay-on-entry lots at the Disneyland Resort. Parking is not guaranteed and subject to availability and capacity. Passholder must be in vehicle and present valid Passport at time of entry to receive the parking benefit. Further photo identification may be required. The parking benefit will expire when the Passport it is associated with expires.

You must be present in the vehicle to use your parking benefit. And like your Annual Passport itself, your parking benefit is nontransferable.

Please note: Parking is not guaranteed and subject to availability and capacity. In addition, the parking benefit is valid for parking for one (1) vehicle only at available pay-on-entry lots at the Disneyland Resort. Further photo identification may be required.

Please report a change in your address immediately. For your convenience, you may make the change by completing the online change of Address form. Changes can also be made at the Disneyland Main Entrance Ticket Booth or by writing to Disneyland Resort Annual Passport Program, ATTN: Address Change, P.O. Box 61015, Anaheim, CA 92803-6194. Include:

  1. your name and that of any other Annual Passholder(s) in your household
  2. your old address
  3. your new address and phone number

Please report the situation immediately to a Main Entrance Ticket Booth at the Disneyland Resort, or contact the Annual Passholder Hotline at (714) 781-4567. If your Pass is in good standing and you forgot to bring it to the Resort on a visit, you will be provided one courtesy admission for the year. If your Passport is lost or stolen you will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of $20 for your Passport replacement (fee may be waived if a copy of a police report is shown).
