You can browse the site for all sorts of information on the Disneyland Resort without registering. With a Disney account, you can:

  • View existing reservations
  • Create a profile and keep your account information (address, Passport number, etc) current.
  • Use the same account user name and password to access membership content other Disney sites, such as Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa in Ko Olina; Walt Disney World Resort; Disney Cruise Line; Adventures by Disney and ESPN.

As a registered Guest, you will also be given the opportunity to receive the latest news on the Disneyland Resort, the Disney Insider Newsletter, and occasional updates and special offers from our site, other Disney Family sites and our third-party sponsors.

Registration is simple. You must provide your:

  • Complete email address (this becomes your user name)
  • Password
  • First and last names
  • Birth date
  • Address and ZIP code

You will always use your complete email address whenever you sign into your Disney account.

When you make a purchase, we also require your:

  • Street and billing addresses
  • Phone number
  • Credit card information

You can browse the site, view information and experience most multimedia features without signing in. If you'd like view exclusive Annual Passholder content and see special offers and discounts for Annual Passholders, you do need to register and sign in.

Yes. If you have previously registered with a site like disneyworld.com or disneycruise.com, you can use the same email address and password. However, you may be required to enter additional information.

If you've forgotten your password, we can send it to the email address that you provide when you create your account. Request that we email your password.

If you are unable to sign into your existing account, you can create a new Disney account with the new email address that you wish to use.
