If you experience problems connecting to the Wi-Fi network, please visit Guest Relations at either the Central Plaza Information Board in Disneyland Park or the Carthay Circle Information Station in Disney California Adventure Park.

To access complimentary Wi-Fi, choose the "Disneyland Resort Hotels Wi-Fi" network on your personal mobile device or computer.

For connection assistance, dial “0” from your in-room phone or visit the Concierge Services Desk located in the hotel lobby of your Disneyland Resort Hotel.
