First Steps

Creating and signing into a Disney account is simple. All you need is:

  • Your email address
  • A password

Forget your password? No problem. Simply, reset it.

When creating a new account, you will also be asked to enter your first name, last name, address and birth date. Your birth date is used for verification, if you forget your password.

Important Note: Your user name is always your complete email address. No other user name will allow you to sign in.

Account Access

Disney accounts offer exclusive content for registered Guests and Annual Passholders.

In order to view Annual Passholder content, you must sign in to your Disney account and enter your Annual Passholder barcode to your Profile.
