Guests of the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort with valid theme park admission may enter and re-enter Disney California Adventure Park using the special entrance at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.

Dry cleaning and valet laundry services are available Monday through Saturday. Laundry bags and price lists are located in your hotel room closet. Items picked up from Guest rooms by 8:00 AM will be delivered back to the room on the following day. Services are charged to your room and are payable upon checkout.
If you wish to have your clothing dry cleaned and returned on the same day, please drop off your items at the Bell Services Desk located in the hotel lobby by 8:00 AM to be returned after 6:00 PM.
For Guests with electric automobiles, charging is located in the valet lot based on availability. If you'd like to reserve a spot, let the valet attendant know upon your arrival. Valet charges apply. Charging cords are not supplied.

Your Key to the Magic card is your room key, Resort charge card and parking permit. You will receive your card when you check in. To charge purchases back to your room, simply present your Key to the Magic card—along with a photo ID—when buying merchandise, tickets and meals at select locations throughout the theme parks, hotels and the Downtown Disney District.
24-hour, coin-operated laundry rooms are located on the first and second floors.

You don’t have to carry your souvenirs with you while enjoying the parks; theme park merchandise can be delivered right to this hotel at no extra charge. Simply let the retail clerk know at time of purchase and arrangements will be made quickly and easily. Packages can be picked up at the Bell Services desk after 7:00 AM on the next day.

A limited supply of manual wheelchairs is available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis for $10.00 per day.
