Deciding When to Visit? 

Park Hours and Schedules – Discover a variety of entertainment, fireworks and parades throughout the year. Note that park hours vary seasonally, with longer hours most weekends and during summer months.

Getting to the Disneyland Resort – Whether you’re traveling by plane, train or automobile, we’ve gathered information about public transportation options, a list of local airports, driving directions and other helpful information.

Make Arrangements in Advance

Restaurant Reservations – Dining reservations are accepted up to 60 days in advance at many Disneyland Resort restaurants. Character Dining is offered at several theme park and hotel locations.

Special Dietary Needs – We try our best to accommodate our Guests’ dietary requests. Tell us about your concerns when you make your reservation or ask for assistance at the restaurant.

Hotels of the Disneyland Resort – Guests can enjoy an array of benefits including early park admission, imaginative swimming pools, and personalized service—all just steps away from the theme parks.

Offers & Discounts – Take advantage of great opportunities to save on your magical Disney vacation.

shopDisney Merchandise – Browse and buy a variety of enchanting essentials. Shop Disney has an array of eye-catching items like ear hats, autograph books and T-shirts that you can have shipped to your home before setting off on your trip.

Help During Your Visit

Driving Directions – Find directions to the Disneyland Resort from local airports and via freeways, and learn about no-car options for getting around the Disneyland Resort area.

Parking – There are several parking locations that provide easy access to Disneyland Resort theme parks and the Downtown Disney District, some of which can accommodate oversized vehicles.

Mobile App – Enhance your next visit to Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park with the official Disneyland Resort mobile app. See wait times, browse maps, locate Disney Characters, make and redeem digital Disney FASTPASS selections while you’re in the parks on the day of your visit with the new Disney MaxPass feature—and much more!

Maps – View interactive maps of the Disneyland Resort area, and search for parking, Guest Relations, attractions, restaurants, restrooms and more.

Disney FASTPASS Service – This service lets you reserve your place in line for preferred attractions while you enjoy other areas of the parks. Take advantage of the service by either purchasing the Disney MaxPass feature ($20 per day, per ticket) so you can conveniently make FASTPASS selections using your mobile device—or by visiting FASTPASS Distribution points near select attractions to retrieve entitlements at no extra charge. Guests are strongly advised to check the day's FASTPASS availability and other park details on the Disneyland app before purchasing Disney MaxPass. FASTPASS selections for preferred attractions may not be available at the time of Disney MaxPass purchase as FASTPASS selections are limited and availability is not guaranteed.*

Disney PhotoPass Service (included with theme park admission) – Let Disney PhotoPass Photographers capture great vacation moments for you—and get everyone in the picture! You'll be able to download, share and save all of your photos taken during your visit when you purchase Disney PhotoPass+ One Week or the Disney MaxPass feature.**

For Your Comfort and Safety

Guests with Disabilities – We provide a range of services to assist Guests who have mobility, visual, hearing and cognitive disabilities.

Guest Services – So that you may have a more carefree visit, we offer stroller, wheelchair, ECV and locker rentals and have onsite ATMs, First Aid and full-service Baby Care Centers.

* Guests are strongly advised to check the day’s FASTPASS availability and other park details before purchasing Disney MaxPass or using a park ticket with Disney MaxPass. FASTPASS selections for preferred attractions and entertainment may not be available at the time of Disney MaxPass purchase or use as FASTPASS selections are limited and availability is not guaranteed. FASTPASS selections may be made only while you are in the parks.

Not all attraction, entertainment or experience FASTPASS selections may be available through Disney MaxPass, and the FASTPASS selections available through Disney MaxPass are subject to change without notice. An experience that does not have FASTPASS availability at a physical FASTPASS service machine will not be available using the Disney MaxPass feature.

The Disney MaxPass feature is nonrefundable, nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No credit will be given towards any ticket upgrade for the amount of the Disney MaxPass feature purchased through the Disneyland app after park entry. If a ticket with Disney MaxPass is upgraded to a ticket without the Disney MaxPass feature, you will no longer be able to make FASTPASS selections from your phone—please plan your upgrade accordingly.

The Disney MaxPass feature will expire at the end of the day or when the Passport it is associated with expires, as applicable. Price, terms and entitlements are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Other restrictions may apply.
