Diner-inspired classics, mouthwatering milkshakes and a ton of memorabilia make Flo’s V8 Cafe a priority pit stop—and Carburetor County’s most popular eatery. All of Flo’s delicious eats are served up in a jiffy, so you can fuel up on a speedy yet satisfying lunch or dinner before you head out on the highway.

Nostalgic and novel at the same time, Flo’s sports all kinds of automotive touches that put you inside the Pixar movies while transporting you to a simpler time, from vintage-style gas pumps to tailpipe light fixtures to 2-toned tuck-and-roll upholstered banquettes!

Before you hit the road, be sure to check out Flo’s showroom housing mementos from her days as lead singer of the glamorous Motorama Girls—she’s fin-tastic! Another section is a museum showcasing the career of Cars racing legend Doc Hudson, also known as the Fabulous Hudson Hornet.

Hot-rod into Flo’s V8 Cafe for old-fashioned, piping plates as well as a few souped-up surprises.

For lunch or dinner, floor it with hearty American favorites such as the Ka-Cheeseburger featuring a 1/3-pound angus beef patty, Flo’s Famous Fried Chicken with roasted garlic mashed potatoes or an Impossible Burger made up of an Impossible patty, dairy free American cheese, caramelized onions, lettuce and tomato on a sesame seed bun. Each entrée is accompanied by Cuties.

Junior members of your pit crew can turbocharge their meals with a Lightning McQueen Racer,* a sporty car-shaped keepsake containing their choice of a Micro Burger, Chicken Fenders or Mack’s Mac & Cheese.

Top off your tank with a vanilla, chocolate or strawberry shake topped with edible “road gravel”! Guests 21 and over seeking higher-octane refreshment can wash everything down with a Garage Brewing Brakelight IPA.
