You’ve seen them on TV―now watch as star chefs share some of the secrets of their success, personal stories and a few of their favorite recipes.
What’s on the menu? Pure entertainment as the chef turns up the heat to create a few of their signature dishes live at Palisades Stage in Paradise Gardens Park.
Enjoy a delicious brunch buffet, featuring one of the chef’s dishes, along with one alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage, coffee, tea or water.
After the demo, ticketed Guests are invited to take a photo with the visiting chef. Chefs will have additional book-signing opportunities for Guests not attending the event.

Valid Disney California Adventure Park admission is required and not included in the price of this event. Guests ages 21 and older must present a valid photo ID to be served an alcoholic beverage. Space is limited. Subject to restrictions and change or cancellation without notice.
Star chefs will be up on stage, demonstrating how to make a few of their signature dishes.
Best known for his television debut on Bravo’s hit series Top Chef—earning the “Fan Favorite” title—Fabio Viviani’s on-screen appearances have propelled him to become one of the top culinary names in the country. He is a recurring guest on such national television shows as Good Morning America, The Rachael Ray Show, The Chew and countless Food Network shows. In February 2017, he also released Fabio’s Kitchen on YouTube.
Chef Viviani has harbored a passion for food since his childhood growing up in Florence, Italy. Between training in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine at the top hospitality schools and working with culinary luminaries, such as Alessandro Panzani and Saverio Carmagini, Viviani also owned and operated nightclubs and restaurants in Florence. In 2005, Viviani moved to California where he opened his first US-based restaurant, Café Firenze, in Moorpark, California.
Perhaps most recognizable as the winner of Bravo’s Top Chef All-Stars, Richard Blais is a successful chef, restaurateur, cookbook author and television personality. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, he went on to train at The French Laundry, Daniel, Chez Panisse and el Bulli.
Blais has appeared on Top Chef, Top Chef All-Stars, Iron Chef America and Chopped All-Stars as a competitor. He is a recurring judge on Top Chef and Master Chef and has also judged episodes of Guy's Grocery Games, Cutthroat Kitchen and Cooks vs. Cons. Blais has particularly enjoyed his hosting duties for the shows Burger Lab, Cook Your A$$ Off and Food Network's Halloween Baking Championship.
In 2016, after 10 seasons with the MasterChef and MasterChef Jr. franchise, Chef Elliot joined Bravo’s Emmy Award-winning hit cooking competitions, Top Chef, as a full-time judge alongside Tom Colicchio, Padma Lakshmi and Gail Simmons. Graham is also the host and star of Bravo’s digital series, Going Off the Menu.
Graham is an award-winning chef, restaurateur, television personality and cookbook author. Elliot, a self-proclaimed "Navy brat" who has traveled the world and all 50 US states, has accrued many prestigious accolades including multiple James Beard Foundation award nominations. At age 27, Elliot became the youngest 4-star chef to be named in any major US city and was named one of Food & Wine magazine’s “Best New Chefs” in 2004. In 2008, Elliot opened his eponymous restaurant, Graham Elliot, which went on to become one of only 15 restaurants in the US to be awarded 2 Michelin stars.
Chef Claudia Sandoval, winner of the sixth season of MasterChef US, is now a judge on MasterChef Latino, a #1 hit TV cooking competition on Telemundo.
Born and raised in San Diego, California, to a family originally from Mazatlán, Sinaloa, Chef Claudia grew up with her mother and grandmother, who taught her how to cook from a young age.
After winning the coveted title of MasterChef, she began a successful culinary consulting and catering company under the name “Claudia's Cocina.” Chef Claudia then published her bestselling cookbook "Claudia’s Cocina: A Taste of Mexico" in 2016.
Her culinary style is a modern take on Mexican coastal cuisine.
With a passion for all things philanthropic, Ms. Sandoval continues to find ways to give back to the community she lives in. Ms. Sandoval has supported and been a board member of various non-profit organizations. She continues to form strong affiliations with organizations like MANA de San Diego, the American Cancer Society, Feeding America, the Berry Good Foundation, Just In Time for Foster Youth, Center for Community Solutions, Mama's Kitchen and Veterans for Peace. Since her win, Chef Claudia has helped raise over $350,000 for organizations directly effecting change in her local communities.
