You’ve seen him on TV―now watch as superstar chef Guy Fieri shares some of the secrets of his success, personal stories and a few of his favorite recipes.
What’s on the menu? Pure entertainment as Guy turns up the heat to create a few of his signature dishes live on the Palisades Stage in Paradise Gardens Park. Following the event, Guests are invited to a reception where you’ll have an opportunity to sample the featured dish.

$120 per person, plus tax and gratuities for servers
Valid Disney California Adventure Park admission is required and not included in the price of this event. Guests with event tickets will receive an alcoholic or a non-alcoholic specialty beverage. Additional beverages will be available for purchase. Ticketed Guests will be seated for the live presentation at Palisades Stage and shared tables will be offered during the reception following the event near Paradise Garden Grill. Guests ages 21 and older must present a valid photo ID to be served an alcoholic beverage. Space is limited. Subject to restrictions and change or cancellation without notice.
Superstar chef Guy Fieri will be up on stage, demonstrating how to make a few of his signature dishes.
Guy Fieri, chef, restaurateur, bestselling author and Emmy Award-winning host, began his love affair with food at the age of 10, selling soft pretzels from a 3-wheeled bicycle cart he built with his father called “The Awesome Pretzel Cart.” After selling pretzels and washing dishes for 6 years, Guy earned enough money to pursue his dream of studying abroad as an exchange student in Chantilly, France. There he gained a profound appreciation for international cuisine that further strengthened his passion for food. He returned to the US and graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a degree in Hospitality Management.
In 2006, Guy won the second season of Food Network Star and was awarded a 6-episode commitment for his own show, Guy’s Big Bite. Since that time, Guy has created a thriving culinary empire as the host of top-rated TV shows, including the Emmy-nominated Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, Guy’s Grocery Games, Guy’s Family Road Trip and most recently, Guy’s Big Project and Guy’s Ranch Kitchen. In addition, he has opened over 63 restaurants around the world and at sea—from the Las Vegas strip to the Atlantic City boardwalk to South Africa and Dubai—and has authored 6 bestselling cookbooks.
In 2013, Guy fulfilled a personal passion with the launch of Hunt & Ryde Winery in Sonoma County, named for his two sons, Hunter and Ryder. He continues to support numerous charities including his own, Cooking with Kids, The Make-A-Wish Foundation and Best Buddies International. Guy resides in Northern California with his family.
