Duff Goldman is a chef, artist, entrepreneur and TV personality. Duff’s first major foray into television was on the hit Food Network show Ace of Cakes, which took place in his famed Baltimore bakery, Charm City Cakes. The show ran for 10 seasons, achieving the rare feat of airing over 100 episodes. Duff is currently starring in several new shows on Food Network, including Cake Masters and the Baking Championship series.
Duff recently completed his second book, Duff Bakes, a follow up to the New York Times bestseller, Ace of Cakes: Inside the World of Charm City Cakes.

Emily is best known as the “Retro Rad Chef” from Food Network, appearing on Food Network Star, Cupcake Wars and most recently as the winner of Cutthroat Kitchen. She’s also a culinary educator and food writer, who contributes to edible magazine and is the Cake Genius at Cake Central magazine. When she’s not busy writing or lecturing, you’ll find Emily cooking up fun at food and spirits events around the world.
Emily encourages everyone to dig through their mother’s recipe box, dust off their pressure cookers, and take the old and make it new. Don’t miss this rising culinary star, with her trademark cat-eyed glasses, demonstrating her latest retro-recipe-redo of your favorite classic dish.
Keegan Gerhard is the Chef and Owner of D Bar Restaurants in Denver and San Diego. He was named one of the nation’s top 10 pastry chefs of 2002 and 2004 by both Chocolatier and Pastry Arts & Design magazines. Keegan has been featured on Discovery Channel’s Great Chefs of America, CNN, HGTV, DIY and most notably as Host and Head Judge of Food Network's Food Network Challenge and Last Cake Standing.
Keegan served as technical advisor to Team USA for the 2001 Pastry World Cup, where they brought home the Gold Medal, and has also been invited to participate in 9 different James Beard Dinners. In 2012, chef Keegan was honored with a Doctorate of Culinary Arts by Johnson & Wales University.
