Disney PhotoPass – Frequently Asked Questions

Q.

How do I download my Disney PhotoPass photos?

A.

Guests who do not have a Disney Signature, Disney Signature Plus or Disney Premier Annual Passport
When you get your photo taken by a Disney PhotoPass Photographer, you are given a Disney PhotoPass card. Hold on to that card. Go online to Disneyland.com and create a Disney account, or sign in to your existing Disney account.

Enter the ID on the Disney PhotoPass card to link your photos to your account. Then, you may preview all your watermarked photos in your gallery.

Access additional information about downloading photos in the DisneyPhotoPass.com Help section.

Guests with a Disney Signature, Disney Signature Plus or Disney Premier Annual Passport
Present your Disney Signature, Disney Signature Plus or Disney Premier Annual Passport to any Disney PhotoPass Photographer at each PhotoPass location you visit. Your passport has a unique ID on the back that will be used to link your photos.

Or, if you are given a Disney PhotoPass card by a Disney PhotoPass Photographer, hold on to that card.

Then, create a Disney account, or sign in to your existing Disney account.

Enter the Disney PhotoPass ID located on the back of your passport or your Disney PhotoPass card to link your photos to your account.

Once they are linked, you can download any or all of your non-watermarked photos to your device, whether it’s a computer, tablet or phone, as many times as you would like until they expire from your account.
