Disneyland® Resort Annual Passport Terms and Conditions

GENERAL: Each Annual Passholder and Disney Premier Passport holder (individually, a “Passholder”) must follow Disneyland® Resort’s procedures to have a photo associated with his/her Passport in Disney’s files for identification purposes. A Passholder must have his/her valid Passport in hand and a proper photo on file with Disney for Disneyland® Theme Park admission. Photos on file for active Passholders must be periodically updated with current photos. At this time, adults must replace their photos every ten (10) years and children (under the age of 18) must replace their photos every three (3) years. Further identification may be required. Passports are not valid for private events or events that require a separate admission, and Passports are subject to applicable Blockout Dates. Passports are nonrefundable, nontransferable and remain the property of Disney. Restrictions apply including, but not limited to, capacity constraints and other closures. Passports do not guarantee Theme Park admission, especially during high attendance periods. Additionally, Passports may not be used for commercial purposes and are void if altered or misused. A Passholder assumes the inherent risks associated with the operation of all rides and attractions and should read and obey all safety signage, instructions and rules. Parks, services, entertainment and attractions may change operating hours, close temporarily, or may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability. Entry into the Disneyland® Resort constitutes consent for Disney to use any film, video or reproduction of image and/or voice of a Passholder for any purpose whatsoever without any payment to the Passholder. Disney is not responsible for lost or stolen property. A Passholder must abide by any rules and regulations applicable to the Disneyland® Resort or to the use of the Passports as promulgated by Disney from time to time. It is agreed between the owners of the Disneyland® Resort and each Passholder that all claims for injury or loss arising incident to the Passholder’s presence at the Disneyland® Resort shall be litigated in Orange County, California. Disney reserves the right to cancel, suspend or revoke any Passport or deny Theme Park admission to any Passholder at any time for any reason. Cancellation, suspension or revocation of either Disneyland® or Walt Disney World ® Passport privileges under the Disney Premier Passport will result in the cancellation, suspension or revocation of all privileges of such Disney Premier Passport.

PARKING: The parking benefit, as applicable, is subject to availability and is currently only offered with the Disney Signature, Disney Signature Plus and Disney Premier Passports or as a renewal option for those Passholders who already have the parking benefit and who renew their Passports on time. Passholders who do not currently have the parking benefit may not purchase the parking benefit, even if they may have had the benefit in the past. Passholders who currently have the parking benefit and who do not renew the benefit or do not renew their Passports on time, will not be able to purchase the benefit at a later time. The parking benefit is valid for parking for one (1) standard vehicle only at pay-on-entry lots at the Disneyland® Resort. Oversized vehicles and preferred parking spaces are not included in this parking benefit and will require an additional fee. Parking is not guaranteed, and is subject to capacity and applicable Passport Blockout Dates (i.e., a Passport is not valid for parking on a date for which such Passport is blocked out). Passholder must be in vehicle and present valid Passport at time of entry to receive the parking benefit. Further photo identification may be required. The parking benefit will expire when the Pass it is associated with expires. The parking benefit is nonrefundable, nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

DISNEY PHOTOPASS BENEFIT: The Disney PhotoPass® Passholder benefit is included with the Disney Signature Passports purchased prior to July 19, 2017 and with the Disney Signature Passports that already have such benefit and are timely renewed back into Disney Signature Passports. Disney Signature Passholders who have the Disney PhotoPass® Passholder benefit and who do not renew their Passports on time or who renew into a different type of Passport will lose the benefit and not be able to purchase the benefit at a later time. Any Disney Signature Passports purchased after July 19, 2017 will not include the Disney PhotoPass® Passholder benefit. With this benefit, each eligible Passholder may download all of his/her Disney PhotoPass® photos that are linked to that Passholder’s Disney account and captured while such Passport is valid for admission to a Disneyland® Theme Park. Downloads are restricted to personal use by Passholder only and may not be used for a commercial purpose. The Disney PhotoPass® benefit will expire when the Pass it is associated with expires. The Disney PhotoPass benefit is nonrefundable, nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash. If, at any time, other Passport holders are offered the opportunity to purchase this benefit, the value of any separate ticket media may not be used toward such purchase.

DISNEY MAXPASS BENEFIT: The Disney MaxPass benefit is included with the Disney Signature Plus and Disney Premier Passports. With this benefit, each eligible Passholder may make Disney FASTPASS® picks from his/her phone using the Disneyland app and download all of his/her Disney PhotoPass® photos that are linked to that Passholder’s Disney account and captured while such Passport is valid for admission to a Disneyland® Theme Park. Passholders who purchase Disney MaxPass after the start date of their Passports for the duration of their Passports or who upgrade their Passports to a Disney Signature Plus or Disney Premiere Passport will also be entitled to downloads of their Disney PhotoPass® photos that are captured during the validity dates of such Passports. Such Disney PhotoPass® photos must be linked to that Passholder’s Disney account to be downloaded. Online registration required. Downloads are restricted to personal use by Passholder only and may not be used for a commercial purpose. The Disney FASTPASS feature is subject to FASTPASS availability which is not guaranteed. An experience that does not have FASTPASS availability at a physical FASTPASS service machine will not be available using Disney MaxPass. You must be in the Parks to be able to make digital FASTPASS selections. FASTPASS selections for entertainment may not be available, and the FASTPASS selections available through Disney MaxPass are subject to change without notice. The Disney MaxPass benefit will expire when the Pass it is associated with expires. Disney MaxPass is nonrefundable, nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Passholders who purchase the Disney MaxPass benefit separately may not use the value of any separate ticket media toward the purchase price of Disney MaxPass.

PASSPORT TYPE AVAILABILITY: Passport types are limited in quantity, and not all Passport types may be available at any given time. Please check for Passport type availability before attempting to upgrade into a Passport.

UPGRADES: A Guest wishing to upgrade to a Passport from another form of eligible Theme Park admission media must upgrade on the same day in which the original form of Theme Park admission media is valid. A Guest who chooses to upgrade to a Passport from another form of eligible Theme Park admission media must choose a Passport of equal or greater value than the original Theme Park admission media retail price, and the difference in prices shall be due on the day of the upgrade. If an upgrade to a Passport is made from a multi-day ticket, the Passport will be backdated to begin on the first day that such ticket was used; if an upgrade to a Passport is made from a lower level Passport, the new Passport will have the same expiration date as the original Passport. Each guest wishing to upgrade his/her ticket media to a Passport must be present at the time of the upgrade transaction. Fully used ticket media, complimentary ticket media (except for certain promotional tickets), special event ticket media and ticket media stating its ineligibility for an upgrade may not be upgraded to a Passport. No credit will be given towards any ticket to Passport upgrade for the amount of a Disney MaxPass feature purchased through the Disneyland mobile app after park entry. If a ticket or Passport with Disney MaxPass is upgraded to a Passport without the Disney MaxPass feature, you will no longer be able to make FASTPASS selections from your phone – please plan your upgrade accordingly. Upgrades are subject to Passport availability. Downgrades are not allowed.

RENEWALS:The value of any separate ticket media (except for certain promotional tickets) may not be used toward the renewal of an existing Passport. A “renewal” is the purchase of another year of Passholder benefits before the expiration date of a currently existing and valid Passport. All Passport types are available for renewal unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any renewal discounts are valid only until the applicable current Passport’s expiration date.

BENEFITS/DISCOUNTS: A Passholder must present his/her valid Passport and valid photo identification prior to purchases to receive any applicable benefits and discounts. Benefits and discounts are nontransferable and may not be combined with any other offer or promotion. Such benefits and discounts are for personal use only and may not be used for any commercial purpose including, without limitation, to obtain or purchase items or services with the intent to resell such items or services. Merchandise discounts are not valid on: original or consignment art; select limited editions; select collectibles and specialty items (including, without limitation, one-of-a-kind art, Disney-branded original art, celebrity memorabilia, framed Disney Dollars, framed Disney Gift Cards, framed ticket media, Artist Sketch Program (original art), Walt Disney Classics Collection, handmade products (physically touched by an artist/vendor), but not exclusive to stained glass, paper art and sculptures, mosaics, ceramics, and artist-signed Vinylmation); cameras (digital/video/disposable and film); sundries; tobacco; alcohol; newspapers/periodicals; books; personalization including embroidery and D-Tech Me figures; Disney PhotoPass® online purchases and PhotoPass+; Disney Store Online; outdoor vending (e.g., in-Park balloon vendors, glow vendors); postage stamps; rentals (e.g., strollers, ECV); pantry/prepared foods; electronics (MP3 players/video players/video games/CDs/DVDs/videos/software media); treatments and cosmetics; Swarovski Crystal; special orders; purchase-with-purchase offers; gift cards; gift certificates; Park admission; ticket media; arcades; previous purchases; shipping or taxes, or on phone, email, online or mail order purchases. Merchandise discounts are valid at select Disneyland® Resort owned and operated stores and locations. Dining discounts are valid at select Disneyland® Resort owned and operated restaurants and locations and are not valid on alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, room service, holiday buffets, taxes or gratuities. From time to time, select third parties may also offer discounts/benefits to Passholders and such offers shall be solely the responsibility of such third parties without any liability to Disney or its affiliates. Please ask about any applicable discounts at a location prior to purchase. Benefits and discounts are determined solely by Disney or the applicable location/store owner and may change without notice.

COMMUNICATIONS: As a member of the Disneyland® Resort Passport program, a Passholder will be eligible to receive periodic mailers and newsletters and other communications about the Disneyland® Resort, other Disney affiliated products and services and select unaffiliated, third party Passholder offers, including information about events, products, opportunities, services and special offers and discounts available to Passholders. Passholders may also be sent information about special events, products, services and offers based on their activities at the Disneyland® Resort (e.g., purchase transactions, Disney FASTPASS usage, etc). These communications may be sent by postal mail (one mailing per Passholder household/address) or by email, based on the contact information provided to the Passport program. Passholders may receive these communications from any of the subsidiary and affiliated entities of The Walt Disney Company.

You may choose not to receive these communications by logging into your account at Disneyland.com/AP and changing your preferences. Please be aware that if you do not allow us to send you certain communications, we may not be able to deliver information to you about special Passholder events and opportunities, or about products and services that may take into account your interests and preferences.

ADDRESS CHANGE: Please report a change in your address immediately to the Disneyland® Resort Annual Passport Program. Changes can be made at the Annual Passport Processing Center by updating your information at “disneyland.com/ap” or by writing to Disneyland® Resort Annual Passport Program, ATTN: Address Change, P.O. Box 61094, Anaheim, CA 92803-6194.

REPLACEMENTS: If a Passport is lost or stolen, the Passholder is asked to report the situation immediately to a Disneyland® Resort Main Entrance ticket booth, or, by calling the Annual Passholder Membership Services line at (714) 781-7277. A non-refundable fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) is required to replace a Passport. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to receive a replacement Passport.

All terms, conditions and benefits including, but not limited to, admission privileges, Blockout Dates, prices, Pass type availability, parking locations, benefits and discounts are subject to restrictions, availability, and change or cancellation without notice at any time.
