Begin your tale with a peek at the à la carte menu—or with a trip to the all-you-care-to-enjoy buffet. There, you’ll uncover carved meats, baked chicken, salmon, pasta, salads, kids’ favorites like chicken nuggets and mac and cheese, and assorted desserts.
If you’re curious about what’s unfolding on the menu, let the “Chapter One” appetizers lure you into an epicurean experience. Noteworthy picks include sticky spare ribs with Napa cabbage slaw and robusto flatbread with chorizo de Bilbao and romesco sauce.
Then, dig deeper into the dining plot with a juicy “Chapter Two” entrée such as a bone-in pork chop with sweet potato hash and apple-brandy sauce or citrus shrimp served with julienne vegetables and orzo pasta.
Kids can also order from their own special menu, with choices like salmon filet and rice, pasta and turkey meatballs, and the interactive “make-your-own” pizza kit, complete with a fun hat for your budding chef.
