No. The Hotels of the Disneyland Resort do not allow pets; however, they do allow trained service animals.For further information or questions about accommodations for your furry friends, please contact Disneyland Resort Guest Information at (714) 781-4565. Guests younger than 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian's permission to call.

What kind of babysitting services are available at the Disneyland Resort?

There are no babysitting services provided by the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort. However, Guests may check with the Front Desk for information about third-party providers. Guests will be required to sign a waiver affirming they understand these providers are neither endorsed by nor related to the Disneyland Resort. Any associated costs will be determined by the provider and agreed upon by the Guest, independently of the Disneyland Resort.Guests visiting Disneyland Resort theme parks with babies and toddlers will find convenient Baby Care Centers that have facilities for changing, nursing and feeding little ones. Please note that no babysitting is available in the theme parks.

Most hotel reservations can be cancelled online. You can also cancel a reservation by calling the Walt Disney Travel Company at +1 (714) 520-5060. What are the hotel check-in and check-out times?

You can check in anytime at the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort. However, Disneyland Resort hotel rooms are available after 3:00 PM, while The Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa and The Villas at the Disneyland Hotel are available after 4:00 PM. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.Consider using the Direct-to-Room Service to check in online and simplify your arrival.If you arrive early to your Disneyland Resort hotel, you can check in, store your luggage at the Bell Desk and enjoy the Disneyland Resort. If you would like to spend a day at the Disneyland Resort after you check out, you are welcome to store your bags at the Bell Desk until you are ready to depart.Please note that check-in and check-out times for Good Neighbor Hotels vary by location. Yes. Even if you booked a vacation package over the phone, you may apply additional payments to your package online. Please visit  the View Existing Reservations page and select the "Make Payment" option to make a payment to your Disneyland Resort vacation package. Full payment is not required until 30 days from arrival.Call the Walt Disney Travel Company at +1 (714) 520-5060 for additional information about vacation packages. Guests younger than 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.

These hotels are only a short stroll away from Disney California Adventure Park, Disneyland Park and Downtown Disney District.However, the Disneyland Monorail stops at Downtown Disney District and at Tomorrowland inside Disneyland Park.Guests staying at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa and Pixar Place Hotel can enjoy convenient access into Disney California Adventure Park through an entrance located near the pools at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.
