On the second Saturday of every month starting January 10, 2026, head to Vista Parkside Market for the Parkside Birders Club. This is a fun-filled opportunity for Guests (ages 21 and older) to:

Learn how to make 3 cocktails from Vista bartenders.
Taste each cocktail and vote for your favorite one—the winning cocktail will be featured on the menu for the next month.
Receive a $20 bounce back for Parkside Market and a collectible Parkside Birders Pin.

At the end of 2026, the best performing cocktail throughout the year will be permanently added to next year’s menu!
