Disney on the Yard: Yardfest 2026, Part of Celebrate Soulfully: Summer Vibes
On June 19, 2026, join the vibrant community celebration Disney on the Yard: Yardfest 2026! During the day, experience the rich spirit and traditions of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), including energetic performances from drum majors and Drum Major Mickey Mouse, all accompanied by a dynamic drumline.

- Enjoy specialty food and beverage offerings from June 22 to July 19, including the Original Fried Chicken Sandwich, Red Velvet Whoopie Pie and specialty drinks.

Gather at Paradise Gardens Bandstand and discover a family reunion–style space. Brightly colored chalk art and community-inspired décor—feather banners, pennant strings and bunting—bring it to life.

- Experience Concerts in the Park—specially curated live acts spanning Top 40, jazz, Caribbean, R&B, Motown and blues, including Upstream Steel Drum.
- Don’t miss the Summer Vibes Family Talent Show on Fridays and Saturdays—a lively showcase of variety acts like UniverSoul Hip Hop, Got Rhythm Tap, Afro Peruvian Experience and Zydeco bands.
- Soak in the festive atmosphere as vibrant, community-inspired décor creates a welcoming space to gather and enjoy the vibes.

Soulful singer Dime and her jazz quintet perform hits of the ‘20s and ‘30s with brass and sass on Buena Vista Street.
