Burgers, chicken sandwiches and supersonic sides at this aviation-themed filling station are all plane delicious!
Flyboys and girls, refuel with mouthwatering Mach-3 Angus burgers served with your choice of zesty coleslaw or French fries. Choose from the Alpha-Bravo-Chili cheeseburger, the Wild Bleu Yonder bleu cheese burger with bacon and steak sauce, and the Chase Pilots classic cheddar cheeseburger. Or get on board with “The Flight Stuff”: chicken breast nuggets, the grilled chicken sandwich with Monterey Jack and chipotle aioli, or the garden vegetable sandwich featuring a mushroom and brown rice patty.
“The Side Stuff,” including Aer-O-Space Onion Rings, Full-Throttle chili cheese fries and Flyby Fries, is “ace” for the whole squadron, while the grilled chicken salad with diced tomatoes, feta and crispy won ton strips keeps your cargo light. Junior cadets can log some air time with the Kid’s POWER Pack of healthy snacks, chicken nuggets, kid-sized hamburgers and cheesy macaroni.
Cool your jets with “liquid fuel” available in afterburner souvenir cups, or get into a dogfight over one of our delectable Sound Barrier Shakes or desserts. Ranking officers 21years of age and over can bond at the Beer Station, serving Budweiser, Bud Light and Karl Strauss.

The building housing Taste Pilot’s Grill is a historic artifact as well, a repurposed Quonset hut. These semicircular prefabricated structures made of corrugated steel were popularized during World War II by the United States Navy when the need arose for an all-purpose, lightweight building that could be shipped anywhere. After the war, many Quonset huts were sold off to the public, like this one.
