Softshell Crab Po-boy, Blackened Salmon and Gumbo Ya-Ya filled with andouille sausage and roasted chicken offer a California sensibility. A grill buoys cuisine from the 2 coasts, like the Crab Beignets or Loaded Tots as a shared offering and NOLA BBQ Gulf Shrimp and Grits, a delectable entrée of grilled shrimp simmered in a New Orleans "BBQ sauce" with roasted garlic, lemon, Worcestershire, Creole seasoning and andouille sausage parmesan grits. And for dessert, irresistible beignets—original classic, dusted in powdered sugar or try them dipped in a sweet glaze.

In addition, the contemporary menu and presentation are paired perfectly with a wine list—available to Guests aged 21 and over—focusing on the best vintners of California. Seasonal, seaside-style cocktails are also available.
