The carefully curated menu offers a taste of Taiwanese culture, with a variety of dumplings, spicy wontons (served in the signature house sauce), wok-fired vegetables, fried rice and noodle dishes, signature cocktails and desserts that will perfectly complement a delightful Disneyland day.

The Art of Xiao Long Bao

Indulge in the rich and comforting flavours of the signature Xiao Long Bao, broth-filled dumplings folded by hand 18 times and weighed to precisely 21 grams—a process known as the "Golden Ratio" and indicative of Din Tai Fung's dedication to consistency and excellence. The dumplings feature delectable fillings like Kurobuta pork, marinated in a blend of expertly selected seasonings.

Xiao Long Bao can also be found on the dessert menu, including the fan-favourite Chocolate and Mochi Xiao Long Bao.
