  • Sip & Sonder– Inside Parkside Market
    Enjoy the delicious, signature Nod to Nicaud—a cold brew coffee with chicory and cane sugar that pays homage to the incredible legacy of Rose Nicaud, a trailblazing entrepreneur. Born enslaved, Rose is regarded as the first coffee vendor in the city of New Orleans, who bought her freedom by selling her coffee at the French Market.
