Your ticket lets you enjoy both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park for up to 3 hours before Mickey’s Halloween Party begins. Once it kicks off, you’ll be treated to 5 hours of shindig shenanigans–including special Halloween-themed attractions, Character Greetings, fireworks, the Headless Horseman Rides Again (pre-parade) and much more.

  • A ticket is required for all Guests 3 and over.
  • Space is limited and tickets are available only while supplies last. Subject to capacity and other restrictions.
  • Tickets are valid for admission to Mickey’s Halloween Party and to Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park (subject to Park operating hours) beginning 3 hours prior to the start of the party.
  • Tickets are nonrefundable and may not be sold or transferred for commercial use.
  • Event elements including, but not limited to, operation of attractions, entertainment, services, activities, stores and restaurants, and appearances of Disney Characters may vary and are subject to change without notice.
  • Only Disney PhotoPass photos captured during the event can be downloaded from your Disney account as many times as you want, for 45 days after capture. Disney PhotoPass is subject to the Disney PhotoPass Terms & Conditions.

There Is NO Smoking at Mickey’s Halloween Party

This is a completely non-smoking event, and there will be no designated smoking areas within the park. Exit and reentry is permitted to designated smoking areas in the Esplanade outside the Disneyland Park Main Entrance.

A Devilishly Delightful Night

Hop a broom to Disneyland Park—Mickey’s happily haunted happenings are filled with tons of fiendish fun!

On select evenings this fall, boys, girls and ghouls of all ages are invited to catch the Halloween spirit as we transform the park into the ultimate family night out.

You can even visit both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park with your special event ticket during Mickey’s Halloween Party—entry to either park begins 3 hours before the event officially starts, which is after normal operating hours. It’s a must-see scare-a-bration!

Howl-iday Highlights at Disneyland Park:

  • Headless Horseman Rides Again – Keep your eyes peeled for this haunted herald as he leads the Frightfully Fun Parade down Main Street, U.S.A.—presented exclusively during Mickey’s Halloween Party!
  • Halloween Screams Fireworks – Become spellbound by a supernatural display presented exclusively during Mickey’s Halloween Party (weather permitting).
  • Trick-or-Treat Stations – Collect candy and healthy goodies at selection locations throughout the park (guide maps available at park entrance).
  • Character Greetings – Seize your chance to meet, greet and pose with some dastardly Disney Villains and popular Disney Pals decked out in Halloween costumes.

Costume Guidelines

Before brewing up ideas for your next disguise, review our latest list of tips.

While we encourage creativity, we also value safety and good judgment. Please take a moment to read over our latest rules and regulations:

  • All Guests may dress as their favorite character, but may not pose for pictures or sign autographs for other Guests.
  • Costumes must be family-friendly and may not be obstructive, offensive, objectionable or violent.
  • Costumes may not contain any weapons that resemble or could easily be mistaken for an actual weapon.
  • Costumes may not contain sharp objects, pointed objects or materials that may accidentally strike another Guest.
  • Layered costumes or costume props that surround the entire body are strongly discouraged and may be subject to additional security screening.
  • Costumes may not reach or drag on the ground (e.g., full-length Princess dresses)

For Guests Ages 13 and Under

Costumes and some masks may be worn, as long the mask does not cover the entire face and eyes are visible.

For Guests Ages 14 and Older

  • Capes may be worn if the length does not go below the waist.
  • Themed T-shirts, blouses, sweatshirts and hats are acceptable.
  • Acceptable accessories include: transparent wings, plastic light sabers, toy swords and tutus.
  • Headwear may be worn as long as it does not cover the face.
  • Masks of any kind may not be worn, except for medical purposes.
  • Guests who do not adhere to these guidelines may be refused entry into, and/or removed from, the event, unless his or her costume can be modified to meet the above standards.
