Both a theme park reservation and Magic Key pass valid for admission to the same park on the same date are required for park entry. We recommend that you check Magic Key blockout dates and Magic Key park reservation availability to see if Magic Key theme park reservations for your desired dates are currently available before purchasing your pass. Please note that Magic Key park reservation availability changes frequently and may change after you view the Magic Key calendar, and dates for which Magic Key reservations are available at this time may be unavailable in the future. It is recommended that you make your reservations early, as Magic Key reservation availability can change until your park reservation selection is finalized. Park reservations for Magic Key holders are limited in number and subject to the availability of park reservations allocated to Magic Key passes as determined by Disney, applicable Magic Key pass blockout dates, and theme park capacity. Magic Key park reservations are not guaranteed for any specific date or park, no matter the pass type.

For Florida resident tickets, the persons who will use the adult tickets must be Florida residents and must be present at the time of ticket pick up.

For each room or package reservation, the adult who booked the reservation must be a Florida resident and must be present at check-in.

For each room or package reservation and for each adult ticket purchased, you may provide any of the following:

  • Valid Florida driver's license
  • Valid Florida state-issued ID card (must have a Florida address)
  • Valid Florida-based military ID

If you do not have one of the IDs indicated above, then for each room or package reservation and for each adult ticket purchased you must provide one of the following dated within the last two months and evidencing a Florida residential address together with a corresponding picture ID (passport, driver's license, state identification card):

  • Monthly mortgage statement
  • Florida vehicle registration or title
  • Homeowner's insurance policy or bill
  • Automobile insurance policy or bill
  • Utility bill
  • Mail from a financial institution, including checking, savings, or investment account statement
  • Mail from a Federal, State, County or City government agency

Bills can be no more than two (2) months old. PO Boxes are not accepted as proof of residency. Current bills printed from electronic versions are acceptable, though photocopies and fax copies are not.

Passes are nonrefundable and nontransferable, may not be used for a commercial purpose, and are void if altered or misused. Disney reserves the right to require a Guest to leave the Disneyland Resort if they are (i) not properly complying with any health, safety or other requirements of the Disneyland Resort, (ii) using profanity or offensive language towards our Cast Members or other Guests or (iii) violating any other Park Rules.

Disney reserves the right to reschedule or cancel theme park reservations, admission media or purchases at any time and for any reason without notice or liability, and to provide applicable refunds.

Magic Key holders with Disney PhotoPass digital download privileges may not apply any further discounts or credits towards the purchase of Lightning Lane Multi Pass for the Disney PhotoPass component thereof. ²Parking benefit is valid for one standard vehicle per day at select Disneyland Resort pay-on-entry lots, as determined by Disney in its discretion. Discounted parking must be purchased at the parking lot. The Magic Key holder must be in the vehicle and present their valid pass for the parking benefit. Oversized vehicles, preferred parking spaces and valet services are not included in the parking benefit and will require an additional fee. Parking is not guaranteed and is subject to capacity, availability in Disney’s discretion, and applicable Pass blockout dates (i.e., a Pass is not valid for the parking benefit on a date for which such Pass is blocked out). The parking benefit is nonrefundable, nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash or credit.

³Disney PhotoPass benefit includes digital photo downloads of Disney PhotoPass photos linked to the applicable Magic Key holder’s Disney account and captured while the Magic Key pass is valid for admission to a Disneyland theme park. Disney PhotoPass service is subject to Disney PhotoPass terms and conditions and expiration policy. Online registration required. ⁴The number of theme park reservations that may be held at a time during a Disney-designated booking window is dependent on pass type and is subject to availability of park reservations allocated to Magic Key passes and applicable pass blockout dates. ⁵Park Hopper Benefit: At this time, Magic Key holders who have a park reservation for both theme parks must enter the first park as designated in their park reservation and may cross over and switch between parks on the same day beginning at 11:00 AM. Please check the Park Hours calendar and the Disneyland app for the most up-to-date Park Hopper hours, as they could change, depending on the day and park. After 11:00 AM, Magic Key holders who have a park reservation for both parks and who have not entered any park yet, may enter either park despite the first park that is designated in their park reservation. At this time, a park reservation is not required for the other park after visiting the first park; however, reservation requirements are subject to change. Please note that the ability to visit the other park will be subject to that park’s capacity limitations, operational hours, closures and other restrictions, and is not guaranteed.
