For a limited time, young Guests and their families visiting Black Spire Outpost are invited to Savi’s Workshop for a complimentary experience—the Youngling Saber Building Expo – A Loth-Cat Crew Experience—to explore the ancient art of building a lightsaber.

During this offering, which has walk-up availability (subject to capacity) daily from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, kids and those who are kids at heart can participate in constructing a lightsaber and become the newest members of the Loth-Cat Crew. This offering is an interactive experience only and a lightsaber is not included with participation. Visitors have the option to purchase a lightsaber at the end of the experience.

Please note that the reservable paid experience for Savi’s Workshop – Handbuilt Lightsabers will remain available daily from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

The Gatherers will now help you select the heart of your lightsaber—the kyber crystal. Which color calls to you?

• Blue, wielded by heroes like Obi Wan Kenobi
• Green, favored by legends like Luke Skywalker and Master Yoda
• Violet, the shade that served Mace Windu
• Red, like the blades of Darth Vader, Darth Maul and Asajj Ventress

Next, begin assembling your hilt—parts will be provided based on your theme and cloisonné pin. Each box of parts includes:

• 1 hilt
• 4 sleeves (pick 2)
• 2 emitters (pick 1)
• 2 pommel caps (pick 1)
• 2 sets of activation plates and switches (pick 1 set)

Upon hilt completion, the unused parts will be collected by the Gatherers and returned to Savi’s inventory. These are not included with your lightsaber package.

Finally, the Gatherers will masterfully connect your hilt to a 31” lightsaber blade so you’re ready for anything the galaxy puts in your path!

Please note there is a limit of one lightsaber per builder, per experience. Additional customization items can be purchased at Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities.

• The experience area is limited to the builder and 2 Guests—at least one person in the party must be age 14 or older.
