Disneyland Hotel
Fine/Signature Dining
Indulge in premium prime steaks, chops and seafood in an elegant Old Hollywood atmosphere rich in Disney history.
For classic steakhouse fare or a delicious breakfast in an upscale setting, visit this Disneyland Hotel restaurant.
Named for the year that Disneyland Park opened, Steakhouse 55 takes you back to a bygone era of decadence, when attentive service and lavish steaks were the order of the day—every day.
Dine in a dimly lit, well-appointed space replete with dark-wood furnishings, black-and-white photos of movie and music luminaries of the era, including Walt Disney, and an impressive wine cellar. The private Oak Room can be reserved for parties of up to 24 Guests.
Dining with Distinction
Steakhouse 55 was awarded four stars by the Orange County Register and a Golden Bacchus by the Southern California Restaurant Writers Association. Zagat describes the restaurant as “amazing,” “a gem,” “elegant” and “the best rib eye in town.”
Steak lovers will rave about the ample marbling of our premium beef, which ensures exceptional flavor in each juicy bite. The dry rub-seasoned bone-in rib eye is a Steakhouse 55 specialty, weighing in at a generous 18 ounces. We also feature Guest-favorite cuts like a 14-ounce New York strip steak and an 8-ounce filet mignon.
Other entrée choices include cold water lobster tail, prime rib, pan-roasted Mary’s Farm half-chicken and Moroccan-spiced king salmon. Add a finishing touch to any entrée with béarnaise sauce, “Steakhouse 55” butter or have it prepared Oscar-style.
Mix and match à la carte sides like the “loaded” baked potato, sautéed green beans and truffled macaroni & cheese. The children’s menu features a selection of healthy Disney Check meals.
To complement your dinner, our expert sommeliers can assist Guests 21 and over in selecting the perfect wine. You may even have the opportunity to enter the wine cellar and taste several vintages—cheers!
Please note: Steakhouse 55 is not open for lunch. All menu items are subject to change without notice.
Raise a glass—meet the vintner and learn about each of the wines paired with this unforgettable 5-course feast.
Ready to embark on an amazing culinary adventure? This January, Steakhouse 55 will host a one-of-a-kind winemaker dinner tailored to sophisticated epicureans and oenophiles alike. Chef Marcel St. Pierre and his team will whip up a gourmet meal expertly paired with wines from Wente Vineyards, one of the oldest wineries in the United States. Owned and operated by the Wente family since 1883, this world-renowned California vineyard produces a portfolio of fine wines—including chardonnay, merlot, pinot noir and rosé, to name a few—that are currently exported to over 75 countries around the globe.
The vintner will guide attendees through each wine’s journey from grape to glass, explain why it was chosen to accompany your meal and greet Guests at their tables. Connoisseurs and wine collectors alike won’t want to miss this extraordinary evening!

With over a decade in the kitchens of the Disneyland Resort, Chef Marcel St. Pierre never cooks and tells. Instead, he lets his food speak for itself while striving for authenticity and sincerity in his culinary style.
After growing up in a family-owned restaurant in Danbury, Connecticut, Chef Marcel received an education at the Culinary Institute of America before moving on to a selection of notable restaurants, and eventually the restaurants of the Disneyland Resort—including Club 33.
And now, he’s bringing his experience to lucky Guests at Steakhouse 55. As Chef Marcel says, “The possibilities are limitless when it comes to flavors, textures, presentation, procedures, balance and combining and complementing ingredients. How can I impress every sense?”
