Can I visit both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park on the same day?
A:
Yes. You can visit both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park on the same day with either a Park Hopper Ticket or a Magic Key pass. There is no time restriction. You may hop to the second park as soon as you have entered your first reserved park.
Both theme park entrances are located on the Main Entrance Esplanade at the Disneyland Resort and are approximately a 5-minute walk apart.
Park Hopper Ticket
A Park Hopper Ticket allows you to visit both theme parks in a single day. Please note:
- A theme park reservation is required for the first park you plan to visit.
- You will enter your reserved park first.
- After entering your reserved park, you may hop to the other park at any time. There is no waiting period.
- You may go back and forth between parks until each park's regularly scheduled closure.
- A park reservation is not required for the second park at this time. However, reservation requirements are subject to change.
- The ability to cross between parks will be subject to a park’s capacity limitations.
Magic Key Pass
Magic Key holders can visit both parks on the same day. Please note:
- A theme park reservation is required for the first park you plan to visit.
- Enter the park designated in your reservation first.
- After entering your reserved park, you may cross over to the other park at any time. There is no waiting period.
- You may go back and forth between parks until each park's regularly scheduled closure.
- A park reservation is not required for the second park at this time. However, reservation requirements are subject to change.
- The ability to cross between parks will be subject to a park’s capacity limitations.
Planning Tips
- Check today's park hours to see when each park opens and closes.
- No tram or shuttle is required to hop between parks. Both park entrances face the esplanade and are approximately a 5-minute walk apart.
