Now there’s no need to carry souvenirs around while enjoying your day at Disneyland Resort! Sending packages directly to the hotel is quick, easy and worry-free. During your transaction, simply tell the retail clerk and arrangements will be made—at no extra charge. Merchandise can be picked up at the hotel’s Bell Services desk after 7:00 AM the next day.

Automated External Defibrillators, or AEDs, are medical devices used to send electric currents to a person’s heart in the event of cardiac arrest. Located throughout the hotel, please refer to the hotel’s Guest guide map for specific AED locations or visit the Guest Services desk to learn more. An AED unit is located in the main lobby between the Front Desk and the Trillium Rooms.

Dry cleaning and valet laundry services are available Monday through Saturday. Laundry bags and price lists are located in your hotel room closet. Items picked up from Guest rooms by 8:00 AM will be delivered back to the room on the following day. Services are charged to your room and are payable upon checkout.
If you wish to have your clothing dry cleaned and returned on the same day, please drop off your items at the Bell Services Desk located in the hotel lobby by 8:00 AM to be returned after 6:00 PM.
Guests with electric vehicles may use charging ports based on availability. If you would like to reserve one, let the valet attendant know upon arrival. Valet charges apply.

Your Key to the Magic card is your room key, Resort charge card and parking permit. You will receive your card when you check in. To charge purchases back to your room, simply present your Key to the Magic card—along with a photo ID—when buying merchandise, tickets and meals at select locations throughout the theme parks, hotels and the Downtown Disney District.

Take advantage of our 24-hour laundry rooms—the first floor laundry room is located by the Disney Vacation Club wing, while the second floor laundry room is situated above the Napa Rose elevators.

Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa uses Chargerback to help track lost and found items. Please report any lost items online.
Once you’ve reported a lost item, you’ll receive an email notification from Chargerback with your Lost Item report number. Chargerback will provide information from your report to the Disneyland Resort so that we can look for your item and return it to you if it is found. Chargerback will also email you periodic updates about your search status.
Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa includes 1,858 square metres (20,000 square feet) of flexible indoor/outdoor function space including the 1,114-square-metre (12,000-square-foot) Sequoia Ballroom, 18 flexible breakout rooms, event patios, and space for outdoor events within a picturesque redwood grove.
Self-parking and valet services are available to registered hotel Guests for an additional fee.
The cost for self-parking is $25 per night, per vehicle; valet service is $35 per night, per vehicle. While visiting select hotel table-service restaurants, non-registered hotel Guests will receive 3 hours free parking with validation or 5 hours free parking with validation from Napa Rose.
