About the Disney Dining Card
The digital Disney Dining Card will be delivered to the email address you provide when purchasing theme park tickets online. Dining Cards are emailed separately from theme park tickets.
If you do not receive an email with your Disney Dining Card(s) within 24 hours of your Disneyland theme park ticket purchase, please contact Disneyland Resort Online Support at (714) 520-6222. Guests younger than 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call. You can also chat with the support team via the Disneyland app.
Participating Locations
The Disney Dining Card is limited to food and beverage purchases at participating locations within the Disneyland Resort and other Disney Resorts located in the US.

Excluded Locations
Locations and offerings that are unable to accept the Disney Dining Card for payment include, but are not limited to:
- Most Downtown Disney District venues
- Merchandise and Candy Kitchens
- Tickets
- Lodging
- Disney Gift Cards
- Streaming services such as Disney+, ESPN or Hulu
Using Your Card
Checking Your Balance
There are 3 easy ways to check your card's balance:
- View your balance online.
- Call (877) 650-4327.
- Ask participating food and beverage locations to check for you.
Guests younger than 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
Important Information
- The value of a Disney Dining Card may not be applied toward the ticket price.
- Disney Dining Card is nonrefundable and is redeemable only at participating food and beverage locations within the Disneyland Resort and other Disney Resorts located in the US.
- Subject to restrictions and change or cancellation without notice.
- Sales may be paused or terminated at any time.
