Adventure Boot Camp
Unleash the beast! Participate in a spirited, high-intensity boot camp at Disney California Adventure Park before the park opens. This class includes push-ups, squats and sit-ups, and maintains a 12-minute per mile pace jogging around the park. Wear a good pair of exercise shoes!

Move to the music and the water’s natural resistance during this high-intensity/low-impact water aerobic exercise class. Note: The class is held in shallow water that is 3- to 4-feet deep.

Avengers Recruits Fitness Challenge
This action-packed class is designed to elevate your fitness levels using a thrilling mix of Super Hero-inspired exercises and challenges. Class will be held in the Avengers Campus of Disney California Adventure Park and will incorporate body-weight movement, medicine balls, resistance bands, bodyweight drills and core exercises.

This floating workout combines cardio, strength and core exercises on a paddleboard in the Fountain Pool at Disney Grand California Hotel & Spa and the Palette Pool of the Villas at the Disneyland Hotel. Note: You should be comfortable in the water before booking this class.

Know Before You Go

  • Use of the fitness centers is complimentary and limited to Guests staying at the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort. Guests can use the fitness center at the hotel they are staying.
  • Guests must be age 14 or older to use the fitness centers. Guests ages 17 and younger must be accompanied by an adult or guardian.
  • Fitness classes are for adults age 18 and older. However, Guests ages 14 to 17 may participate if the minor’s parent/guardian consents in writing and accompanies the minor during the class. Fitness classes may not be booked for children younger than age 14.
  • Fitness classes are subject to an additional fee and reservations are required.
  • Guest must be at least age 18 or older to book reservations for fitness classes.
  • Guests will be required to sign a Consent, Release and Indemnity Agreement before participating in any fitness classes.
  • If you must reschedule or cancel a fitness class reservation, please notify the Tenaya Stone Spa at (714) 635-2300 at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full service fee. You will be charged the full fee for the class if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the class.

  • Classes and offerings are not guaranteed, may be modified or unavailable, and are subject to cancellation.

Hours of Operation

Fitness centers at the Disneyland Hotel, Pixar Place Hotel, and Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
